Pickup in Store & Delivery Options
Shipping delays are complicating holiday gifting for everyone this year.
We’ve got a few tips to help make sure your gifts arrive on time.
Holiday Shipping
1) Visit the Product Details Page
When you’re viewing an item, tap the zip code link next to Free Shipping. Input the zip code to which you want to send your order. This will give you a shipping estimate for when your order will arrive, based on location.
2) Add Items to Your Bag
When you’ve added your items to your bag, you’ll have the opportunity to check out or to continue shopping. If you wish to check out, tap the button for the Checkout page.
3) Checkout Page
At the top of the page, you’ll see your items and the shipping dates for their delivery. Before placing your order, review the address you’re shipping to and confirm that your order will arrive within the expected window. You can always edit your Shopping Bag and shipping addresses.

Pick up today curbside (at Nordstrom stores) or in store (at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack). Shop a wider selection of items when you pick up tomorrow (available in most areas). Plus, free gift wrapping is available at Nordstrom stores!

1) Set Your Store in a Search Results Page
When you’re viewing a category or search results page, look for “Free Pickup” in your filter options. Tap “Set location” and enter your zip code. Select the store where you’d like to pick up your items and start shopping. You can choose “Pick Up Today” to shop a single store’s selection or “Pick Up Tomorrow” to shop a wider selection in your area and we’ll get it to your chosen store the next day.
2) Set Your Store on a Product Details Page
On a product details page, select “Free Pickup,” enter your zip code and select your store. Hit the “Add to Bag” button and check out.
3) Pick Up in Store or Curbside
You’ll get an email or app notification when your order is ready for pickup letting you know where to go inside the store or directions for Curbside Pickup (Curbside Pickup is available at Nordstrom stores only, not at Nordstrom Rack stores). When you get to the store, we may ask to see your personal identification. We’ll hold your order for 7 days, so stop by soon!
Gift Options
Get free gift wrapping when you pick up your order at a Nordstrom store. Choose gift options when you check out. Some items may not be eligible for certain gift-wrap options.

- Pick Up Tomorrow: shows the selection of all locations in your area, and we’ll ship the item to your chosen store for pickup the next day—now also available at some Nordstrom Rack stores. Free Standard Shipping is not valid in Nordstrom Rack stores.
International Orders
Free Standard Shipping is not valid on international orders. For delivery to international addresses, please confirm or change your country by clicking the country flag or name at the bottom of any page. Certain restricted items cannot be shipped to international addresses. International customers will be notified to remove these items during Checkout.
Special Locations
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require 1 additional day to deliver.
Rural domestic addresses require 1 or more additional days to deliver.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards ship separately, free of charge, via Standard Shipping and usually arrive within 4-7 business days. Two Business Day delivery is available for a $9 shipping fee. To expedite a Gift Card to Alaska or Hawaii, please call 1.877.771.4438 to place your order; allow 1 extra business day for shipping. Our eGift Cards are emailed within 4 hours of credit approval. International customers cannot purchase or redeem Gift Cards online at this time.

Fine jewelry and watch orders over $1,500 are shipped insured via expedited shipping at no additional charge. A signature is required upon delivery. These orders cannot be shipped to international addresses.
